The focus here is on capturing the festivities, your guests, and the authentic atmosphere exactly as it happens, without staging or interrupting.

I am fully available to shoot your stunning pre-wedding portraits here in Europe, and subsequently travel to Asia (or any global destination) to document your actual wedding day ceremonies. (Please note: standard travel and accommodation costs apply for destination wedding coverage).

Promotional Terms & Conditions
To ensure absolute transparency and a seamless experience for your special day, please review the following terms and conditions regarding the "Free Wedding Day Coverage" promotion.
1. Qualifying for the Promotion

The Prerequisite: The free documentary wedding coverage is strictly valid only in conjunction with a fully paid Signature Portrait Session.

Flexible Scheduling: The paid portrait session can take place as a Pre-Wedding Shoot (days or months prior), a Post-Wedding Shoot, or as a dedicated, staged session on the day of the wedding itself.

Mutual Agreement: All deliverables, timelines, and costs for both the paid portrait session and the free documentary coverage will be laid out in detail and mutually agreed upon in writing prior to any commitment from either party.
2. Inclusions of the Free Wedding Coverage

Project Coordination: The timeline and creative direction of the free wedding day coverage are coordinated at the photographer’s professional discretion. A detailed plan will be shared with the couple in advance. Minor adjustments can be made free of charge; extensive changes or scope expansions may incur additional costs.
3. Travel and Accommodation

Cologne City Limits: For wedding coverage taking place within Cologne, Germany, all travel costs are fully included.

Outside Cologne: For events outside of Cologne, travel will be charged at a rate of €0.30 per kilometer, or actual cost - whichever is greater.

Extended Travel: If the wedding location requires a travel time exceeding a 2-hour radius from Cologne, an additional accommodation fee will be charged to cover a basic hotel room at cost.
4. Payment Terms

Retainer and Expenses: A non-refundable payment consisting of 50% of the main portrait session fee, plus 100% of any applicable "as-is" costs (such as travel and hotel accommodations), is due in full before any photography commences for either part of the package.

Final Balance: The remaining 50% of the total fee is due within 14 days following the conclusion of the final photography job (either the portrait session or the wedding day, whichever occurs last).
5. Copyright and Usage Rights

Client Rights: Full personal usage and reproduction rights to the delivered photographs will transfer to the client strictly after all outstanding payments have been received and cleared.

Photographer Rights: The client grants the photographer unlimited, perpetual, and global rights to use the created images for commercial, marketing, and promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, website portfolios, social media, and advertising).
6. Additional Standard Provisions

Delivery Timeline: Digital files (both retouched and RAW) will be delivered to the client within 4 to 6 weeks following the final photography date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: In the event of a client cancellation, the initial 50% retainer and any already incurred travel expenses are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to the photographer's availability.

Force Majeure & Liability: In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to perform the duties due to severe illness, emergency, or acts of God, every effort will be made to secure a replacement photographer. If a replacement cannot be found, liability is strictly limited to a full refund of any monies paid thus far.
